Monika Ferro (Owner) grew up in Utica, MI in a large family of 5 siblings and was raised to care for others at an early age. She grew to love helping her family and friends achieve their goals and succeed. At the age of 18, Monika joined a local training and fitness group where she became passionate about healthy living and training.
